How to watch a Live Show?Updated 10 months ago
First off, thank you for purchasing access to one of our live streams. We appreciate the support.
On the night of the show you will receive an email from us usually 5 minutes before show time with a link to watch the show on a web browser. This link will only work during the livestream. After the live show is completed the link will route you to an error page. The recording of the live video is usually available On Demand later and will be available in our Library. Please use the email and password you set up during the purchasing process to log in and access the show. If you forget your password, you can reset it here.
The live chat feature is available via our website and mobile apps.

The best quality experience with our Live shows is when you watch a show on a TV with one of our fabulous apps. We have apps available for AppleTV, Roku, Android TV and Amazon FireTV. We also have apps for iPhones, iPads and Android devices. With all of our apps the following instructions apply:
- Visit the app store on the appropriate device and search Unicorns.LIVE.
- Log in with the email and password that you used when you purchased the live stream. If you forget your password, you can reset it here.
- Open up the Unicorns.LIVE app a few minutes before show time and select the show you have purchased.
- Kick back, relax and enjoy the show.
