My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?Updated 10 months ago

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. Check out Speed Test to check your connection. Minimum you should have 10Mbps download speeds but we recommend 30Mbps. 

If you are on wifi, the closer you are to the antenna on your wifi modem the better. Better yet use an ethernet cable for the best connection.

We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
