Livestream scheduled to start but no videoUpdated 10 months ago

On rare occassions a live-stream may start a few minutes late. Usually, if the show is not going to start immediately at the scheduled time you will see some kind of timer that will show a count down until the live show starts. 

If you are seeing a still image at the start of the scheduled live-stream please give us a couple minutes as sometimes there is a small delay with the internet. After 5 minutes, if the show is still not live we will be available via live chat to help answer any questions.
