Enjoying a live event and want to participate in the chat? 

Almost all our live event have the chat enabled, however not all live events the performers or artists have access to see the live chat. The artists will usually engage with you if they have access. 

When you open a show in a web browser if live chat is available it will appear like the below image and is also available in our mobile apps when the video is not in full screen mode. Feel free to add comments up to 200 characters and click the send button. This chat is available to all people who have access to this particular show. 

We moderate the chat and have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate or hateful comments. Hateful comments will result in immediate blocking.

If the chat does not show up try refreshing your screen as that will usually fix the issue.
