Why am I seeing an On Hold Screen?
When you have an unpaid invoice, you will be presented with an on hold screen that looks like the screenshot below.
This view is designed to encourage remittal of payment for continued service. Unfortunately, there is not currently an easy way for you to "exit" or cancel their subscription.
You can change the url of the current view, https://watch.unicorns.live/sign_out, if you wish to sign out.
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel their subscription, you go to https://watch.unicorns.live/dashboard to access your dashboard.

If you does not remit payment within 30 days of the unpaid invoice being issued, then the on hold screen will automatically be removed, and the end-user will need to re-subscribe if they wish to regain access.
